Our incubator shakers are designed with a double-walled construction for both heating and cooling efficiency. The outer body is crafted from thick, PCRC sheet and finished with an elegant powder coating, while the inner chamber is constructed from heavy gauge SS-304 grade stainless steel. The space between the walls is insulated with high-grade mineral glass wool, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.

These units feature two doors: an inner door made from thick plexiglass or float glass, allowing easy viewing of specimens without disrupting the chamber's temperature, and an outer door made from mild steel lined with stainless steel on the inside, equipped with a lock and key for security. The magnetic door closer adds convenience to the inner door operation.

Mounted on a sturdy steel frame with castor wheels, our incubator shakers offer easy mobility within the laboratory. They come with two or three stainless steel shelves, depending on the model, providing ample space for specimens. To ensure uniform temperature distribution, the triple-walled back is equipped with two air circulation fans, maintaining consistent conditions throughout the chamber.

The speed is controlled by a DC drive, which is managed through a speed controller cum RPM indicator. This setup provides precise control over the shaking process, allowing researchers to replicate experimental conditions with high accuracy.

The front panel of our incubator shakers is designed with the user in mind. It features on/off switches for the heating and cooling systems, as well as indicator lamps that provide at-a-glance information about the unit’s status. Temperature control is handled by a microprocessor-based digital controller that ensures accuracy to within ±0.1°C. The temperature uniformity within the chamber is maintained at ±0.5°C, thanks to the combination of our advanced insulation, air circulation, and heating/cooling systems.

The digital controller also features an LED display that provides clear, easy-to-read information about the current temperature and RPM settings. This interface allows researchers to quickly and easily set their desired conditions, ensuring that experiments can be conducted without delay.
