Field Bioassay Bags
Our field bioassay insect bags are specialized tools designed for conducting insect behavior and interaction studies on live plants under natural environmental conditions. These breathable, mesh-based enclosures are used to confine live insects—such as general crop pests, whiteflies, aphids, or other crop pests—on specific plant parts or entire plants in the field without disturbing ambient light, temperature, or humidity. The mesh allows for excellent airflow and prevents external insect interference while ensuring containment of test specimens. These bags are essential for evaluating insect feeding behavior, oviposition preferences, survival, and host-plant interactions directly in agricultural or ecological settings. Ideal for pest management trials, resistance screening, and field-based bioassays, they help generate realistic and reproducible data while preserving the integrity of both the insect and the plant during the study. Any size bag with clear panel or without clear panel can be customized.
