This water still metal heater consists of a horizontally placed borosilicate glass boiler fitted with a 3KW chromium plated immersion heater equipped with a thermostat. A double coil, high-efficiency condenser ensures reliable single distillate output. The assembly is mounted on a sheet metal epoxy coated stand suitable for bench or wall installation. It operates on 220/240 V, 50/60 Hz single phase supply, delivering approximately 4 liters of distilled water per hour with a pH range of 5 to 6.5. The output is pyrogen free, making it ideal for sensitive laboratory applications. The system's efficiency and results depend on pre-treated input water and regular maintenance.
