Water Bath equipment is designed with double-walled stainless steel and high-grade insulation to minimize heat loss. It features a 1500-watt heating device controlled by a capillary thermostat, maintaining temperatures from +5°C to 99°C with ±0.3°C accuracy. Safety features include over-temperature and dry-run cut-offs, electrical fuses, and a floating overshoot temperature alarm. The bath has a die-pressed inner chamber with a minimum thickness of 0.7mm, a stainless-steel test-tube rack, and an externally cladded heater for an unobstructed sample view. It operates on 220V, AC, 50Hz, single phase, with a capacity of approximately 12-15 liters.

CONSTRUCTIONS: Double walled chambers made of stainless steel and outer wall made of thick stainless steel / mild steel finished with epoxy based powder coated paint. The double walled chamber is filled with high-grade insulation to prevent heat loss. This is provided with ISI mark 1500 watts heating device, controlled by capillary type thermostat from ambient +5°C to 99°C, temp accuracy 2°C two indicator lights & one On/off Rotary Switch.
- Should be accommodate 3 nos. stainless steel test tube rack of 13mm dia x 48holes.
- Inner chamber is die pressed and seamless tank wk thickness of at least 0.7mm.
- The water bath have over temp and dry run cut off for safety.
- The water bath have provided with fuse for electrical safety.
- The water bath provided with floating overshoot temp. alarm and cut off.
- On/off switch provided with LED indicator.
- The water bath having externally cladded heater which enables clear bottom inside the bath for keeping sample without any obstacle.
- The water bath to be provided with Gable lid of stainless steel of the condensate drips on sides.
