The INV-3i Tissue Culture Microscope moves beyond the surface and stereo inspection capabilities of the PRIME zoom model into true inverted, high-precision cell and culture observation. Instead of top viewing like stereo microscopes, the INV-3i uses an inverted infinity optical system to observe specimens from below, making it ideal for petri dishes, flasks, and live cell culture work.
It features an ultra-long working distance condenser (NA 0.3) and large mechanical stage (160 × 250 mm) to accommodate culture vessels, along with smooth coaxial coarse and fine focusing with torque adjustment for delicate live-sample control. The trinocular head tilted at 30° supports comfortable viewing and direct camera attachment via standard C-mount for imaging and documentation.
Equipped with dedicated phase contrast objectives (10×, 20×, 40×), selectable color filters, and bright transmitted halogen illumination, the INV-3i is purpose-built for microbiology, cell biology, and tissue culture research, offering capabilities far beyond the solid-object stereo examination of the PRIME zoom microscope.
