The VG-6 Pathological Microscope advances beyond the mirror-illuminated VG-5 by introducing a bright built-in 3W LED illumination with intensity control, providing consistent, shadow-free lighting for routine pathology and histology work. It also replaces the basic X-Y stage with a smoother low-drive coaxial mechanical stage (140×120 mm) for more precise and fatigue-free slide navigation.
For safe high-power observation, the VG-6 adds a fine focusing safety stopper, protecting slides and the 100× oil immersion objective during close focusing—an important upgrade for continuous clinical use. The focusable Abbe condenser (NA 1.25) with iris diaphragm and achromatic 4×, 10×, 40× and 100× (oil) objectives deliver sharp, high-contrast images across magnifications.
With flexible viewing head options (monocular, binocular, or trinocular) and wider WF10×/16 mm eyepieces, the VG-6 offers brighter illumination, smoother control, and greater operational safety compared to the VG-5, making it well suited for pathology labs, diagnostic centres, and advanced teaching environments.
