Description
Laboratory autoclaves for sterilization come in vertical and portable formats, electrically operated, with double-walled stainless steel construction. Vertical autoclaves include radial locking lids, pressure and water level controls, automatic pressure switches, steam release valves, SS baskets, and operate at 5–15 p.s.i. Safety features include pressure gauge, indicator lamps, and on/off switching. Optional lower water cutoff, digital temperature controller, and timer available for advanced safety and programmability. Portable autoclaves are ideal for field or small lab setups, with aluminum or SS body, spring/dial gauge, and leak-proof gaskets for reliable sterilization.
