The enclosure is suitable for insects with body sizes of approximately 0.5 mm and above, making it ideal for mosquito rearing, moth culturing, parasitoid maintenance, and general insect breeding applications. The dome-shaped structure improves internal space utilization while allowing placement of small potted plants and experimental setups inside the cage.
For very tiny insects and micro-sized arthropods, the FLEK-F-Dome-60 fine mesh model is recommended for improved containment performance.
