Description
The EX Series pipettes feature a compact 130mm mini design and lightweight ergonomic construction, ensuring comfortable and fatigue-free handling during repetitive tasks.
Durable materials such as polypropylene, a silicon rubber o-ring, and a reliable steel spring mechanism contribute to long-term performance.
Fixed volume models offer rapid dispensing of predetermined aliquots with accuracy from ±2.5% (5 µl) to ±0.8% (1000 µl), and imprecision below 1.5% to 0.3%. Variable volume models use a click-stop digital system for quick and precise volume adjustment, with ranges from 0.5–10 µl, 5–50 µl, 10–100 µl, and up to 1000 µl according to model.
The EX-V models are individually calibrated to ISO 8655-6 standards, supplied with calibration certificates, and feature autoclavable lower assemblies for sterile procedures. Both models are compatible with standard tips.
Added features include a two-step plunger mechanism for forward/reverse pipetting, user-friendly finger rest/shaft design, easy in-field calibration, and color-coded identification for workflow clarity.
Applications
Suitable for accurate and consistent dispensing of small to moderate liquid volumes in analytical chemistry, molecular biology, clinical diagnostics, and routine laboratory work.
Ideal for sample and reagent preparation, PCR/qPCR setup, ELISA and enzymatic assays, nucleic acid/protein analysis, and quality control tasks that demand stringent precision and reproducibility.
Beneficial for laboratories requiring high-throughput processing where repetitive, error-free aliquoting boosts efficiency, and where compliance with GLP/GMP standards is essential.
Variable volume options provide adaptability for changing experimental needs, supporting operational flexibility in research and diagnostic settings.
This unified EX Series solution ensures laboratories can meet diverse pipetting requirements efficiently, whether the task calls for fixed consistency or adaptable volume dispensing.
