Product Details
REILGLAS Class ‘A’ Automatic Zero Burettes are designed for high-precision titration where speed, repeatability, and accuracy are critical. The Automatic Zero mechanism, integrated with a reservoir-mounted rubber bellow, allows rapid refilling and automatic resetting of the zero level without manual adjustment, minimizing handling errors and saving operational time.
Manufactured from high-quality, chemically resistant glass with uniform straight bore construction, these burettes ensure consistent internal diameter and smooth, controlled liquid flow. The reservoir system enables continuous operation, making them ideal for repetitive titration work.
To meet diverse laboratory preferences and application requirements, REILGLAS Automatic Zero burettes are available with multiple stopcock configurations:
PTFE Key Stopcock – chemically inert, low-friction, and leak-free operation
Glass Key Stopcock – traditional glass-on-glass control with stable flow
Screw Type PTFE Needle Valve Stopcock – fine flow regulation for precise dropwise titration
All variants conform to Class ‘A’ accuracy requirements as per ISO 385 / IS 1997:2008, featuring clearly etched graduation markings with fine subdivisions for excellent readability and minimal parallax error. Each burette is calibrated to strict tolerance limits.
These burettes are offered in:
Clear Glass – suitable for general and routine analytical titrations
Amber Glass – recommended for light-sensitive reagents and solutions
Standard supply includes a Calibration Certificate, while laboratories operating under accredited quality systems can opt for models with NABL-traceable Calibration Certificate.
The reservoir capacity is 10 ml burette: 500 ml reservoir and 25, 50 & 100 ml burettes: 2000 ml reservoir (NABL certification available at additional cost).
Available capacities include 10 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml, making these burettes suitable for:
Analytical and QC laboratories
Pharmaceutical and chemical industries
Research and academic institutions
Environmental and food testing laboratories
REILGLAS Automatic Zero Class ‘A’ burettes combine automation, precision flow control, and certified accuracy, making them an efficient and reliable solution for high-throughput and precision volumetric analysis.
