The "RELIGLAS" All Quartz Double Distillation Unit is crafted from premium imported fused quartz tubes to produce ultra-high purity distilled water. Featuring a two-part design—Lower Boiler with built-in spiral heater and Upper Boiler with built-in spiral heater and double-walled condensing unit—this unit ensures optimal separation and condensation of vapors for maximum purity. Mounted on an epoxy-coated sheet metal stand, the system includes electrical fittings and a safety cutoff device for secure operation. Producing pyrogen-free water at rates from 1.5 to 5 litres per hour, the double distillation process delivers a conductivity of 0.5–1.0 µS/cm, low silica content (<0.01 mg/ltr), and zero organic matter. Optional accessories such as flow switch, water softener, and reverse osmosis unit are available for enhanced safety and raw water treatment.
