The All Quartz Double Distillation Horizontal Model delivers ultra-pure, pyrogen-free double distilled water for laboratory applications. It includes a horizontal quartz jacket with a removable silica heater for easy cleaning, and efficient distillate temperature control (25–45°C) via an optimized condenser. The rust-resistant, powder-coated stand supports reliable, long-term use, and the innovative recirculating cooling system minimizes energy waste. For convenience and durability, screw-threaded connectors simplify installation and plumbing, while the replaceable constant level device aids quick maintenance. Built-in safety features include a gate valve (to conserve cooling water during power loss), a flow switch (automatic power shutoff in case of cooling water failure), and a temperature switch (to safeguard glass components if water falls below safe levels). Outputs range from 1.5 to 4 litres per hour at low conductivity (0.1–0.5 µS/cm), with minimal organic matter or silica (<0.01 mg/ltr), ensuring suitability for sensitive laboratory tasks. Optional accessories like flow switch, water softener, and reverse osmosis unit are also available.
