Shipping timelines
Most of the products available in the website are available in stock and are ready to ship. The ready to ship orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. For the items that takes time to fabricate will be honoured within 2-3 weeks. In that case, the ordered items will be shipped within 20-25 working days.
Our aim is to ship the order as soon as it can be possible for us to ship. We request scientists and students to plan their studies in advance so that research deadlocks due to non availability of materials can be efficiently addressed.
Returns are Allowed with T & C
Shipped items are accepted for returns only when the end user found them damaged or deficiency in usability. Please Contact us for more information ! or with specific questions. You may leave us a WhatsApp message by clicking here.
Refunds if any, will be processed within 2-3 working days and credits will appear within 5 working days. The refunds timelines will be the same for both domestic and international customers. We assure you that once refund is agreed we will ensure to credit you the funds quicker than the stated timelines above.
