The stand for installing light traps in the field. The trap has three sections; bottom is to fix into the ground and other two are help in adjusting the height of the installation. Since it is difficult to find an anchor in the field for perfect installation and recording the data as per the need or wish, it is imperative to have a tool that can assist to install the traps at the right locations. The trap is made of high gaze MS steel that is enamel powder coated to withstand rough use in the field. The anchor pole is adjustable horizontally. The bottom supporting plate has four holes to anchor the base into the soil. The anchor poles made of metal are also supplied with the unit. Easy to carry as the complete unit is dismantle at the knob places so it is easy to carry around the field and transport from lab to field. The stand makes light traps installation perfect as it provides ready available anchor at any place of interest without limitations.
